Suralai’s chef is highly skilled in the preparation of delicious, authentic Thai cuisine as well as many international cuisines. Guest requests are accommodated as far as possible, including special diets and children’s menus.

Specific foods or beverages can be ordered ahead of time through the Villa Manager or discussed on arrival in consultation with the chef, who can make recommendations on menus, in-villa locations for different meals, and ensure that the wine cooler and refrigerator remain well-stocked.

Exotic fruits, fresh breads, pastries, cereals and such are complemented by freshly prepared hot dishes made to order by the chef.

Staff will take care of shopping for all food and beverages, which are charged at market price (plus a 20% service charge and 7% government tax) and with a minimum shopping fee of THB 750.
